Our "Fresheyes" Consultation

We will spend approximately 1-2 hours in your home verbally giving you our feedback. You have the option of making notes as we go and determining your next step after we leave.

Our "Fresheyes" Consultation Complete with Recommendation Report

Again, we will spend 1-2 hours in your home evaluating its strengths and areas for pre-sale improvement. We take photos to detail our recommendations and help you see your space with greater objectivity. Within 24 hours we will provide you with a full, itemized report. This is a great option for those wanting a step-by-step approach to prepare their home for sale on their own.

Real Estate Staging
(Occupied & Vacant properties)

If you feel overwhelmed with the list of items on your pre-sale to-do list, we are happy to assist you with it in any way that you choose. We can coordinate all the tasks required or simply come in after everything else is done to arrange furniture, accessories and artwork.

A basic consultation is included in this service and the quotation is always free of charge.

When you contract our staging services, you will also receive our customized Marketfresh Checklist to help you quickly freshen the property before each showing. Professional MLS® photos are included in this service for that all-important first impression on the web.

JumpStart Option

If you want to just get going, or feel that your home is very nearly market ready, we can do a 3 hour Power Stage of your home. Without a prior in-person consultation, we come in and just get going.

Based on our market expertise, we will immediately address the areas of greatest benefit to you. This may include furniture re-arranging, tagging items that should be stored elsewhere, or moving artwork and accessories.

We will do a quick evaluation of your property over the phone and will look at prior MLS® photos, if available, to come as prepared as possible. Although not a full consultation, we can also advise you on what else you can do after we leave. It's your 3 hours—put us to work!
